  • ● The Greatech vacuum system is suitable for all production cells and molds. It is the technology peripheral device for pressure die casting providing additional injection process control and patented True Cyclonic Unit to improve run time between cycles and facilitate maintenance, the True Cyclonic Unit are critical to preventing loss of vacuum during run cycles and preventing impurities from reaching the vacuum pump.

  • ● Summary
    ​The Auto-close chill-vent is designed and manufactured by Greatech, is equipped with mechanism that permits variation of the air venting section, during the approaching phase and part of the cavity filling, the venting section can be 3 or 4 time larger than in a standard chill-vent, making all evacuation easier, once the metal approaches the chillvent, it automatically close up and freeze the aluminum, preventing splashes outside the die.
